She had very good knowledge about the oakland market with a lot of her predictions on sale prices being spot on. She also has access to so many connections which is critical for bay area real estate. We had a bad experience with a realtor buying out condo prior and were so nervous about having someone take advantage of us again. Audrey was always honest and caring. We are absolutely smitten with our new home.

To get the house on the market in the most favorable buyer’s climate took some real effort on her part, on my part, and cooperation of the crew she put together to do minor repairs, painting, staging, etc. Imagine my surprise and delight that the house was only on the market 5 days, with a ten day closing period! Her invaluable aid continued throughout the closing process -- keeping us organized, making sure we knew what to expect. The entire experience was just top-notch. I cannot recommend her enough. Buying a home is very stressful for everyone but I honestly think this experience was one of the smoothest I've ever had it go, and Audrey was a big part of that.
