We were so lucky to have had the good fortune to work with Audrey for our recent home purchase. She is knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, and truly makes you feel as if she is there with you every step of this stressful process. Often, I was impressed at what she was able to pick up from very little context -- she often knows what you want before you know it yourself. We have bought and owned homes in the Bay Area before, so we had a fairly good sense of what we wanted. The property in question was very popular and we knew we would likely have lots of competition for it. Audrey was essential in helping us plan our bidding strategy - providing useful comps for us and helping us get a sense of the neighborhood and how the process was likely to go. She was a huge help on the day the bids were due, constantly advising us, keeping us calm -- I honestly do not think we would have won if she had not been helping us. Her invaluable aid continued throughout the closing process -- keeping us organized, making sure we knew what to expect. The entire experience was just top-notch. I cannot recommend her enough. Buying a home is very stressful for everyone but I honestly think this experience was one of the smoothest I've ever had, and Audrey was a big part of that.
